Matt Kieft graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I currently have 5 years of experience coaching for the Stevenson Feeder Program, I specialize in youth player development. I am committed to fostering a competitive yet supportive environment where players learn the value of hard work, discipline, and teamwork.
Rocco Pagliocca is a senior at Stevenson High School. He has dedicated much of his life to the game of basketball, both as a player and as a mentor to younger athletes. As a four-year member of the varsity team, Rocco has earned multiple All-Conference and All-Area honors, reflecting his commitment, skill, and leadership on the court. In addition to his accomplishments as a player, he has a strong passion for working with youth and helping them develop as athletes and individuals.
Randee Gino has loved basketball from the moment her boys started playing the sport and now her husband running OG ELITE. It is a family affair for sure! Most recently, Randee is a graduate of the Health and Wellness Certificate Program and provides coaching on multiple dimensions of wellness: Physical, Nutritional, Occupational, Intellectual and Financial to name a few. Randee will assist the team with the boys setting goals, talking through different dimensions of wellness and be a resource for any parent/child of this program!
Randee also manages all the OG ELITE operations including contracts, communications, GameChanger, financials and vendor management! It takes a village!
Spencer Flynn has been passionate about basketball since the age of seven, dedicating countless hours to developing his skills and love for the game. Most recently, he played for the Stevenson High School Varsity team during his junior and senior years, where he became known for his hard work, leadership, and team-first mentality on and off the court. A relentless competitor with a deep love for the game, Spencer is now currently attending the University of Tampa pursuing a degree in Entrepreneurship.
