With 18 years of coaching experience across grade school, middle school, and high school feeder programs, Coach Gino has dedicated nearly two decades to developing young athletes both on and off the court. Known for a player-first approach, Coach Gino emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and building basketball IQ at every level of play. Coach Gino's philosophy centers around teaching the game the right way—focusing on effort, discipline, and continuous improvement. Believing that basketball is a vehicle for life lessons, they prioritize character development just as much as athletic growth. Whether working with beginners or more advanced players, Coach Gino brings energy, positivity, and a strong commitment to helping each athlete reach their full potential. 

Spencer Flynn has been passionate about basketball since the age of seven, dedicating countless hours to developing his skills and love for the game. Most recently, he played for the Stevenson High School Varsity team during his junior and senior years, where he became known for his hard work, leadership, and team-first mentality on and off the court. A relentless competitor with a deep love for the game, Spencer is now headed to the University of Tampa this fall, ready to take on new challenges and continue growing both academically and athletically.
